Sales Personnel
Responsibilities
1. Position primarily serves to meet sales goals agreed upon with management for water/wastewater business through relevant sales activities.
• Responsible in collaborating with internal teams in order to determine the best water/wastewater solution for client.
• Responsible in maximizing existing industries and successfully selling into new prospects through regular sales calls and other Business Group Head/s directed initiatives.
• Responsible in shaping strong relationships with client to ensure end-to-end satisfaction which may lead to new contracts or referrals.
• Responsible in effectively delivering approved presentations to client.
• Responsible in developing and submitting approved proposal to client.
• Responsible in facilitating negotiation of proposals until receiving final decision from client.
• Responsible in keeping the communication and persisting with client throughout project stage to maintain touch point.
• Responsible in providing assistance in order to complete collection of payment.
• Responsible in analyzing and reporting about market and inspection.
2. Position further requires to work closely with Sales Coordinator to ensure proper documentation of projects.
• Forward all client issued, received and approved files.
• Forward all proposal and negotiated files.
• Forward all reports requested by Business Group Heads.
3. Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with a sales team, as the key advisor for water/wastewater accounts.
Qualifications
• BS Chemical Engineering (non licensed are welcome to apply) or Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course (as long as applicant meets the relevant experiences and requirements)
• Proven experience and passion for selling technical solutions.
• Interest in wastewater and water treatment (ex. Reverse Osmosis)
• Good data analysis and technical problem-solving skill.
